Delivery & Returns
DELIVERIES
Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. We will aim for your orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, however due to extremely high demand we are experiencing stock shortages so it may take up to 3 business days for orders to be shipped, please allow for a maximum of 5-25 working days for your items to be delivered worldwide. Due to the issues still ongoing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, sometimes delivery may be delayed for a few days due to postal restrictions. Please be understanding, and we will make sure everyone receives their Marona Belle products!
Note on the Marona Studded Bag: Each Marona Studded Bag is made to order, which means there is a production time of 3-9 working days before dispatch. We kindly ask for your patience as we craft your bag to perfection. Rest assured, it's on its way to you, and we’re sure you’ll love it!
WHERE DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS FROM?
We hold inventory of our products in the USA, Australia and China. Occasionally if a locations inventory is out of stock, we will dispatch your order from another countries warehouse to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible!
All customs fees and clearance will be paid for prior to dispatch by Marona Belle, so don't worry, you do not have to pay any fees! Our delivery worldwide from any country is only around 7 working days, but in rare cases it could take up to 15.
RETURNS
We offer returns for 30 days from the date of your order. However, not all items are eligible. To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days from the date of your order.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes an attached swing tag, bow, shoe boxes and jewellery packaging.
- We do NOT provide free refunds for any orders. If a refund is approved it must be shipped back to our returns warehouse based in Shanghai, China, in some cases we may offer to reimburse the cost of this shipment to the customer after-the-fact.
- If items were purchased during our 50% off sale, unfortunately these sales are final and we cannot accept returns as the business has ceasing trading.
You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition. If approved for a return/refund items will have to be shipped back to our warehouse in China. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns.
